2019 AMERICAN POLISH FESTIVAL AND CRAFT SHOW SET FOR JULY 12-14
* The great Polish tradition continues – annual festival continues to grow with home-cooked polish foods, traditional Polish dancers, great bands, and pierogi eating contest
The American Polish Century Club is pleased to announce its annual American Polish Festival & Craft Show, July 12 – 14 on the grounds of The American Polish Century Club, 33204 Maple Lane, (14 & Hoover) in Sterling Heights. Macomb County’s largest American-Polish festival continues to grow and features home-cooked Polish meals, traditional Polish dancers, live music and dancing to some of the biggest names in Polka music, a pierogi eating contest for charity, and a craft show.
Thousands of people from all over Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois attend this fun-filled annual festival to enjoy Polish nachos, fresh and smoked kielbasa sandwiches, pierogi, stuffed cabbage, city chicken, and more at The Kielbasa Kafe.
There will be a traditional Polish Mass on Sunday, July 14 at Noon. The outdoor craft show features over 50 different crafters displaying their fine works. Admission to the festival is only $5.00 per person with 17 and under free. There is free parking and free shuttles available to the public at the Career Prep Center and Sterling Heights High School.

Our members will be working long hours preparing over 5,000 Golabki, over a ton of city chicken, 750 pounds of potato pancakes, and over 20,000 Pierogi for the Polish dinners,” says festival chairman, Walter Ziemniak. “People can’t wait to try one of our famous Polish dinners at the Polish Kitchen. For those that like American foods, we have an American Kitchen, as well. Our trademarked polish nacho and polish sliders are the best anywhere, and this year we will have new comfort food items on the menu at the Kielbasa Kafe.
There will be plenty of ice cold Polish and domestic beer, an extensive line of Polish and premium spirits at the Polish Pub, and the largest wooden dance floor in SE Michigan. Returning this year is our infamous “Pole Dancer” beer, which is only available at the American-Polish Festival. Many people come to the festival to shop at the crafter’s booth and then have a meal while the music plays.
